Anthony Franklin is the founder and Pastor of The Restoration Place of Richmond, Virginia.   Pastor Franklin is

                a native of Wichita, Kansas.  He was baptized at St. Mark's Church in  Wichita, Kansas.  He graduated from East

                High School and went on to obtain an associates degree in Business from Butler County Community College. 

                He attended Evans-Smith Leadership Institute at Virginia Union University and is now enrolled at VUU for additional study.                     Pastor Franklin was licensed to minister while serving under the leadership of Bishop Melvin Williams from the Temple of Judah in Richmond, Virginia.

Pastor Franklin can best be described as a Bible-believing preacher with an uncensored message from God for His people. He strongly encourages  daily application of the preached Word that all might

live victorious lives through Christ.

His purpose is to provide a church home where individuals can be restored, feel the love of Jesus Christ and grow in His knowledge

and likeness.

He is a loving father and devoted husband.  Pastor Franklin and his wife Kyra have been married for 16 years.  Both have been active in the community and public school system.  Together, they have served on many out-reach ministries, including feeding the homeless and distributing clothes to  the needy.  They are actively involved with leading members of the church in Kingdom building.

 

Our Pastor and First Lady are exemplary in their roles as leaders and marriage counselors at our church. 

So they are no longer two, but one. Therefore what God has joined together, let man not separate.
